Josephine is a member of the Bonsor Open Art Studio, and works in watercolour and acrylic mediums.  She sees the Optical Prism as a metaphor for her art: reinterpreting an image from the naked eye, through the spectrum on her palette and onto the canvas.

In 2010, Josephine was selected as an award winner in the category of (Western Painting) for her composition “Mountain Village“ at the Juried Exhibition, jointly organized by the Chinese Canadian Artist Federation in Vancouver and The Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Vancouver.

She is honoured and ecstatic to be showcased here as Artist Of the Month.
