The Bonsor 55+ Society owns, operates and maintains a 20 passenger minibus.  All trips use volunteer drivers in an effort to provide affordable outings for members and other seniors in the community.

From time to time, volunteers of the Bonsor 55+ Society plan and host overnight trips to the BC Interior, or Vancouver Island.

The overnight trips require a Bonsor/Burnaby Senior membership. These trips are entirely planned, hosted and driven by Society volunteers. Promotion of upcoming trips may be posted to this website, and printed posters will be placed on bulletin boards at the Bonsor 55+ Centre. Trips are open to seniors from all 4 of the Burnaby Centres. Once Bonsor members have been given a short priority sign up window, the information will be forwarded to the Seniors’ Societies/Associations at the other Burnaby Recreations Centres.

Society planned and hosted trips will NOT be published in the City of Burnaby 55+ Bus Trip Guide, and they cannot be listed for registration on the City’s WebReg.
